Love every cut, or we make it right.

Crystal Creek Cattle sells perishable food products. Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If a product arrives in a condition that does not meet our standard, call us at (972) 241-1180 or email orders@crystalcreekcattle.com. We will replace the affected product or refund it.

Please include your order number, the product involved, and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful when available. Do not return a perishable product unless our team asks you to do so.
