Products and orders

Crystal Creek Cattle sells perishable meat and food products for local delivery within eligible areas of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Products, prices, availability, and descriptions may change. We may correct errors or update information on the website when necessary.

You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information when placing an order. An order is subject to product availability and acceptance by Crystal Creek Cattle.

Payment

You authorize Crystal Creek Cattle and its payment providers to charge the amount displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes and delivery charges.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available only to eligible DFW addresses. Delivery availability and applicable charges are confirmed at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and delivery timing may vary based on customer demand.

Perishable products and quality concerns

Please inspect perishable products promptly after delivery and store them safely. If a product arrives in a condition that does not meet our standard, contact us at (972) 241-1180 or orders@crystalcreekcattle.com. We will replace the affected product or refund it under our Refund Policy.

Recurring purchases

If you select a recurring purchase option, the price, billing frequency, and other subscription details displayed when you purchase become part of your order. Subscription cancellation and modification procedures are governed by the terms presented through the subscription service and your customer account.
