Shipping policy

Crystal Creek Cattle currently provides local delivery only to eligible addresses within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. We do not offer shipping outside the DFW Metroplex or international shipping.

Delivery availability is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout. Any applicable delivery charge is shown before payment.

We process orders Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Delivery trucks operate throughout the day based on customer demand. We do not guarantee a specific delivery time unless our team has confirmed one directly with you.

Orders are hand-cut in our Dallas shop, vacuum-sealed, packed cold in insulated packaging with food-grade gel packs, and prepared for local delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and accurate contact information.
